Who is Jesus

1 Timothy 2:5 - For there is one God and one mediator between God and man,the man, Jesus Christ.

O yes there's one God, A great and mighty God who is too holy to behold iniquity. Who's too terrible in power and glorious in might. Jehovah is His name.
Psalms 62:11- God has spoken once, twice I have heard this, that power belongs to God.
He's too powerful.
Isaiah 6:5-7 So I said, woe is me for I'm undone because I'm a man of unclean lips for my eyes have seen the king, the Lord of hosts".Then one of the Seraphims flew to me having in his hands a live coal which he had taken with the tongs from the altar and he touched my mouth with it and said:
"Behold, this has touched your lips, your iniquity is taken away and your sins purged.

This transpired when prophet Isaiah saw the heavenly vision .
God in His Holiness wanted to bring us back, decided to send His only son,Jesus Christ, to reconcile us back with Him.
Psalms 2:7- I will declare the decree: The Lord has said to me 'You are my son, Today I have begotten you.
Matthew 3:17- And suddenly a voice came from heaven, saying "This is my beloved Son ,in whom I am well pleased".
John 1:18- No one has seen God at any time. The only begotten son, who is in the bossom of the Father, He has declared Him.

He is the Son of God, A proof of knowledge is in-depth knowledge of the Father.
John 7:28- Then Jesus cried out, as He taught in the temple saying "You both know me, and you know where I am from: and I have not come of myself, but he who sent me is true, whom you do not know. But I know Him, For I am from Him and He sent me.

He is the Saviour of the world from the impending destruction.
John 3:16-17 For God soo loved the world that He gave His only begotten son that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His son in to the world to condemn the world but the world through Him might be saved.
John 6:40 And this is the will of Him who sent me that everyone who sees the son and believes in Him may have everlasting life and I will raise him up at the last day.

He is the Lamb of God
John 1:29- The next day John saw Jesus coming towards Him and said "Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world "
1 Peter 1:18-19 knowing that you were not redeemed with corruptible things like silver and gold, from your aimless conduct received by the tradition of your fathers but with the precious blood of Christ, as a lamb without blemish and without spot.
Revelation 5:12- Saying with a loud voice "Worthy is the Lamb who was slain to receive power and riches and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and blessings.

He is more than these. He is God, He is the express image of the eternal God head, The First born from the dead, The brightness of the glory of God
