Can the Lord arise?? Though as a spirit, He can. He does when its necessary. The Lord sits on His throne but at times He arises. Now let us come temporal, a king cannot leave his throne for trivial matters, this also applies to God. God arises for important cases and for important people (His beloved children and servants). How can we see Him arise?? The most evident of all is His glory which is Jesus(the brightness of His glory and His express image), wherever and whenever Jesus is present in an association, gathering, ministry or service the Lord has arisen and is present.
Isaiah 60:1-5-
Arise, shine; for your light has come! And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you. For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth and deep darkness the people; But The Lord will arise over you and His glory will be seen upon you. The gentiles shall come to your light and kings to the brightness of your rising. Lift up your eyes all around and see: They all gather together, they come to you; your sons shall come from afar and your daughters shall be nursed at your side. Then you shall see and become radiant and your heart shall swell with joy because the abundance of the sea shall be turned to you, the wealth of the gentiles come to you.
Apart from the prosperity, fame and blessings got from The Lord arising for you, you become untouchable by any power of darkness.
Psalm 91:4- He shall cover you with His feathers, And under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth(Jesus) shall be your shield and buckler.
Psalm 7:6- Arise, O Lord! In your anger, lift yourself up because of the rage of my enemies; Rise up for me to the judgment you have commanded.
Jesus has been lifted up, if you are on His side, He will rise for you.
Psalms 68:1-2- Let God arise, let His enemies be scattered; let those also who hate Him flee before Him. Smoke is driven before the fire, so let the wicked perish at the presence of God.
When God is your father, through Jesus Christ, His enemies become your enemies and your enemies becomes His enemies.
Become His son by receiving Jesus and His life.
